Kurt led all fan engagement and team business operations for St. Louis’ first homegrown professional football franchise, including talent acquisition, ticket sales, corporate partnerships, marketing, content creation, communications, community initiatives, social media channels, and the gameday/venue experience.
Kurt also established the overall business strategy for the startup XFL team, from building the brand foundation – core values, vision and purpose – to developing the initial marketing plan authentically engaging would-be consumers directly and embracing the St. Louis community’s orphaned love of pro football.

Adrian E. Bracy has served since 2009 as the Chief Executive Officer of YWCA Metro St. Louis. Bracy transitioned to the non-profit sector after 18 years in senior financial management with the National Football League to serve a calling “to inspire and make a difference in the lives of women and girls.” Prior to YWCA, Bracy was Chief Financial Officer for the Arizona Cardinals. Her time in Phoenix followed more than ten years with the St. Louis Rams. Bracy began her NFL career with the Miami Dolphins in her home town Miami, Florida.
Bracy has received numerous awards throughout her career including: Black Enterprise 50 Most Powerful Blacks in Sports Award; St. Louis Business Journal Most Influential Business Women Award and the Small Business Monthly Top 100 St. Louisans to Know to Succeed in Business Award.
